Paradise Bay Staff Invest in Customer Happiness

Providing the best service for our customers is our topmost priority.

To get there, we believe we need constant training. Over the past days, we have teamed up with Street HR and jogged our memories about skills related to providing services, ranging from phone skills to verbal and non-verbal communication, from safety measures to practicing empathy, from problem-solving to providing that extra zest to the services provided.

All employees invested their time in this exercise, that also served as an opportunity to listen to each other and improve work experiences as a result of understanding each other better.

All this is in line with our firm belief that our customers deserve the very best.
