“Third Party Operator/s” shall mean owner and/or authorized representative of an Operator who operates a service for or behalf of Paradise Bay Resort.
“Service” shall mean the facilitating and booking of any online service available on the “Website”.

“We”/ “Us”/ “Hotel” shall mean Paradise Bay Resort, the owners and managers of the Website.
“Client” shall mean you, a natural person making use of the Website.

The Website serves as an online platform for E-Business and E-commerce activities. Besides access to information of our products and services, the Client can secure bookings for various services offered by the Hotel or Third-Party Operators.
5. Terms & Conditions of Third-Party Operators
Third-Party Operators may have their own terms and conditions, which may include certain disclaimers and limitations of liability. It is the client’s responsibility to check these terms and conditions when booking a service offered by Third-Party Operators.
6. Prices
All prices for services bookable online are in Euro and displayed including VAT, unless stated differently on our Website or in the confirmation email / ticket sent to you by Us.
7. Making Your Booking
When affecting a booking on our Website, select all fields and options with care and input details correctly. We are not responsible or liable for (and have no obligation to verify) any wrong or misspelled email address or inaccurate or wrong (mobile) phone numbers or credit card information which could result in failed bookings or declined transactions. By Using the Website and successfully securing a booking for a service which is operated by the Paradise Bay Resort, you enter into a commercial relationship with Us.
8. Payment Processing
Where We offer the facility to pay online, this service is offered via a Third-Party Service Provider. We only work with renowned and accredited Payment Gateways. The security of the payment process including the actual payment gateway is the sole responsibility of the Third-Party Service Provider.
9. Refund Policy
In principle, non-refundable bookings are non-refundable by their nature. For such bookings, full payment is transacted immediately upon booking confirmation. Exceptional claims for refunds will be given due consideration on a case by case basis.
10. Third-Party Service Providers
Information related to the booking such as names, contact details, email address, credit card details etc. is stored and subsequently transmitted in a secure way to Us by the Third-Party Service Provider in order for us to be able to fulfil or provide the service booked.

Information uploaded on the website is subject to change without warning. Nevertheless, we will endeavor to ensure that the information uploaded is accurate, relevant and updated on a regular basis.
